SHIPPING:
A return authorization number is required for repair returns!
When packaging your CAD Audio product for repair, please use at least 3 inches of padding all around the product for protection during shipment.
We recommend you use a carrier that can track your shipment if you want to know the delivery status of the repair. Insurance is also recommended.
PREPAID SHIPPING:
Shipping cost to return product to CAD Audio for repair is the responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTY:
To claim warranty service. A copy of your dated sales receipt for the product is required for all warranty repair claims!
OUT OF WARRANTY - MINIMUM SERVICE FEES: (does not include S&H)
Products that are deemed out of warranty either by expiration of the warranty period or abuse - will be charged a minimum service fee base on the product category and listed below .
(If you are requesting warranty repair and we deem otherwise – we will contact you to resolve the dispute and to authorize subsequent repair)
Should your product require extensive repairs or parts – we will contact you to authorize any additional charges over and above the minimum service fee.
(For any discontinued product or current product not listed as minimum service fee – please contact our service department to consult on your repair before sending the product to our service department)

Warranty duration:
CAD Audio proudly warrants all products will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase (except as noted below). In the unlikely event that a defect occurs, CAD will, at its option, either repair or replace with a new unit of equal or greater value. In the event that a suitable replacement is unavailable, CAD Audio may elect to reimburse owner for the cost of local repairs or issue a refund in the amount of the original purchase price. Items must be purchased from an authorized CAD Audio dealer, and the warranty is not transferable from the original owner. Please retain proof of purchase to validate the purchase date and include it with any warranty claim. This warranty excludes exterior finish or appearance, damage from abuse, misuse of the product, use contrary to CAD Audio’s instructions or unauthorized repair. CAD Audio hereby disclaims any liability for incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or unavailability of this product.
